Adoptables Terms of Service (new: about reselling)

General Rules

● All artworks posted on this account belong to me. No reproduction of any kind is allowed unless permitted.
● All adopts purchased are for personal use only. Strictly NOT for commercial purposes.
● You may upload the adopts you purchased to your sites with proper credits to me.
● You must not claim the artwork or design of adopts you purchased as yours, you may credit me but it is not necessary.
● You may do slight edits to the design/colors of the adopts you purchased, but nothing too drastic.

Resales/Trades/Gifts

● All adopts can be resold to other party once you have purchased them ONLY for the amount you paid(+extra art that you commissioned ONLY if you have the permission from the artists you've commissioned)
● Trading or swapping is allowed, adopts for adopts, or adopts for artwork/crafts.
● Gifting/Giveaways are allowed.

Payment Methods

● Payment methods: Paypal (other virtual currency is not accepted.)
● All payments should be made within 24 hours after the adopt is purchased, failure to do so will put the adopt up for sale again.
● No refunds will be issued once transaction is over.

Species

● All species I created are closed species, please kindly do not make one of your own.
● Design elements can be altered; such as length of horns, different marking/pattern design, changing hairstyle/outfits
● You are not obliged to follow the canons of these species, feel free to develop your own!
